Our team reviews your enquiry and chooses the most suitable tutor from our network, weighing academic background, teaching style, subject specialism and availability.
This is a human process, not an algorithm. We look for the right fit, not the nearest available tutor.

Meet your tutor
We introduce you to your recommended tutor with a short profile. If you're happy with the match, we arrange an introductory session.
If the first match isn't right, tell us and we'll find someone else. Getting this right matters to us.
What an introduction looks like

- Their university, course and relevant experience.
- A twenty-minute introductory call, with no obligation.
- First session only once you confirm you're happy.

Book and begin
Once you're happy, we send an invoice for your sessions, which you can pay securely online by card or bank transfer. Your tutor takes it from there.
We offer single sessions and discounted packages of five or ten. All sessions take place online.
How sessions are arranged

- Online by video call, so your tutor can be anywhere.
- Invoiced by us; pay online by card or bank transfer.
- We handle scheduling and payment; your tutor teaches.

How long does matching take?: We aim to come back to you within one business day with a recommended tutor. In most cases it's faster.
What if I'm not happy with my match?: Just let us know. There's no obligation after an introduction, and we'll find an alternative tutor with no questions asked.
How much does it cost?: Pricing depends on your tutor's background, the level of study and the nature of the engagement. Get in touch and we'll discuss what works for you.
Are sessions online or in person?: All sessions take place online by video call, which means we can match you with tutors from anywhere in the world.
What subjects and levels do you cover?: All major subjects from GCSE to A-Level, IB, Pre-U and university admissions, with particular strength in Oxbridge and US college admissions.
How do I know my tutor is genuinely from their university?: Every tutor is verified by our team using their university email address and, where applicable, further documentation. We don't take shortcuts on this.
